Maybe one problem is that many Bulgarians do not show much self confidence in their own country. Because they do not trust public information, they tend to develop closed private networks that work better than the public system.
It’s OK but sometimes the basic foreigner feels some pressure within the private network system.Several years ago, Bulgarian friends of me were surprised that I could travel and visit some places with my wife without me asking them for help.
In fact, it worked well.
